I’ve always loved Valentine’s Day. Growing up in snowy Pennsylvania, having a holiday in February was just what the doctor ordered. I also love February in general. While I’m not a huge football fan, I am a marketer, so I love watching the Super Bowl in February for the commercials.
Now as a mom, Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite times to spoil my kids. We hang paper hearts, bake cookies, and I love going all out for their valentine’s gift exchanges among classmates and friends. For my girl friends, it can be a time to give your friend something small – a Galentine, if you will, because love takes many forms, and friendship sure is one of them.
